Urea production

Urea is produced by two units commissioned in 1984 and 1985 respectively. Urea production units operate using a process developed by the company Stamicarbon. Initial design capacity of every unit is equal to 1000 MT/day.

As a result of revamping and retrofitting of the production equipment, process improvements and fine-tuning, automatic control implementation and other technical and organizational measures the production rate of each urea unit has been scaled up to 1250 MT/days, while specific energy consumption has been lowered by 10%.
